Adapted Hand Grip Pen Holder (Multiple Orders for Schools and Settings)

A 3D printed hand grip that helps children and young people with limited grip, hand strength or motor control join in with writing, colouring, drawing and painting independently.

No order limit. This listing is for schools, therapy settings and families who need more than one grip. Each one is just £1, plus postage, which covers the cost of the materials. We hope that keeps it affordable for everyone who needs several.

The pen, pencil or brush is held securely in place with a screw, so the user doesn't need a tight grip to make marks. The base at the bottom of the handle adds extra stability and support, giving more control and less strain.

We've seen learners use it to colour while out and about, draw on whiteboards and even decorate birthday cookies. The reactions from pupils, parents and staff have been amazing.

Where does the design come from?

This grip is based on the brilliant free Handle Writer design by MakeGood, which we've adapted for different learners. We first gave these away for free thanks to donations from families who'd had one, and we're so grateful to everyone who helped.
