UK Orders We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail or equivalent courier. Please note that custom or personalised orders (such as Build Your Own Tactile Tile Sets) may take longer to fulfil — we'll confirm timelines in your order confirmation email.

International Orders We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 working days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

School & Institutional Orders If you've placed an order via purchase order or invoice, dispatch timelines will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
