Shipping Policy

UK Orders Handling time: 1–4 business days. Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail: 2–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that custom or personalised orders (such as Build Your Own Tactile Tile Sets) may take longer to fulfil — we'll confirm timelines in your order confirmation email.

International Orders We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 working days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

School & Institutional Orders If you've placed an order via purchase order or invoice, dispatch timelines will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Issues with Your Order If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@tactiletiles.com and we'll investigate promptly.

European Union (EU) Orders

From 1 July 2026, parcels entering the EU from the UK are subject to import VAT and a customs duty charge collected on delivery by the courier or customs authority. These charges are not included in your checkout total — we don't collect or retain any import fees.
