Ordering for Schools & Educational Settings
We understand that schools and educational settings often need to order through official channels. Tactile Tiles is happy to accept purchase orders (POs) and arrange invoice billing for schools, MATs, local authorities, and NHS trusts.
How to Place a School Order
- Browse our products and note the items and quantities you need.
- Email us at hello@tactiletiles.com with your school name, delivery address, and order details.
- We'll send you a proforma invoice or confirm your PO within 1–2 working days.
- Payment can be made by BACS transfer or card on receipt of invoice.
Setting Us Up as a New Supplier
If this is your first order with us, please check with your school business manager or finance team whether Tactile Tiles needs to be set up as a new supplier before you raise a purchase order. Many schools, MATs and local authorities have their own supplier approval process, and sorting this out first helps avoid delays with your order and payment.
If your setting needs a new supplier form completing, just send it over and we'll fill it in and return it promptly. It also helps if you include your PO number when you email us with your order.
For your records, our registered company name is Tactile Tiles Ltd (Company No. 16547724). We are not VAT registered, so we won't have a VAT number to add to your supplier forms.
VAT
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices or invoices. The price you see is the price you pay.
