Examples in Practice
A learner is distressed. Instead of guessing, offer the tiles. They can choose “tired,” “worried,” or “angry.”
Parents can model emotions by choosing a tile for themselves, then asking their child to do the same.
Teachers can use the set for class check-ins, where learners share how they feel and think of ways to help each other.
